More than 800 attendees gathered in Detroit from across the country for the 2025 BUGs Conference. Over 40 workshops created space for skill-building, strategy sharing, and collective action among Black growers, farmers, organizers, educators, and advocates working to strengthen food sovereignty and land stewardship nationwide.
